Mobility, Function & Flow
This class is a mash up of all my favorite movement modalities. In the hour we meet, we will focus on mobility and functional movement while weaving in yoga asana postures + myo-fascial release. These classes are designed to make you feel better when you’re moving through your everyday life.

Class Details:
Join me at 5:30pm on Tuesday evenings. This class requires some equipment. Equipment is listed from most important to least important.
Yoga mat, blocks, access to a wall, resistance bands (thigh & longer) yoga blanket, pilates ball, myo-fascial release balls, bolster.
If you don’t have all the props, don’t worry, there is still a ton you can do, and also, improvise! Do you have dense pillows or blankets around the house? Tennis balls are great for myo-fascial release, you don’t need the fancy ones. A kids play ball can work just as good as a pilates ball.
