Mobility + Functional Movement
This class is a mash up of all my favorite movement modalities. In the hour we meet, we will focus on mobility and functional movement while weaving in yoga asana postures + myo-fascial release. These classes are designed to be an educational opportunity where we work on actions in the body. My greatest hope for these classes is that they provide you with the skills you need to get stronger and move better in your everyday life.
Unable to make the class? No sweat. Class will be recorded and sent out to the participants who have signed up.

Class Details:
Join me at 5:30pm on Tuesday evenings. This class requires equipment. Equipment is listed from most important to least important. Not all props will be used each week, but they are good to have on hand.
Yoga mat, blocks, access to a wall, resistance bands (thigh & longer) yoga blanket, pilates ball, myo-fascial release balls, bolster.
If you don’t have all the props, don’t worry, there is still a ton you can do, and also, improvise! Do you have dense pillows or blankets around the house? Tennis balls are great for myo-fascial release, you don’t need the fancy ones. A kids play ball can work just as good as a pilates ball.
