Bend Co offers a variety of classes and can create a blend of styles into once class. What is the best class for your community?
Classes are offered both online via zoom an in person. Class times range from 30-60 minutes.
Yoga
From gentle stretching, to slow flow, to power vinyasa, Bend Co meets students where they are at each day assures that all levels feel welcome.
Myo-Fascial Release
Think… Self massage. Deep tissue. Myo-fascial release uses tennis balls, or myofascial release balls to get into the deep tissues and release tension in the muscles.
Mobility
Mobility classes are a bit more focused on active range of motion and have a strength focused approach. Mobility is the baseline for any strength training. We only are as strong as we are mobile.
Resistance Band Classes
With little space and equipment, resistance bands are the easiest way to create a strength centric class with very little equipment.
Functional Movement
This offering focuses on movements that happen in the mid range, because life happens in the mid range. I focus on drills and honing actions that will overall support the body and breed longevity.
Restorative & Guided Meditation
Restorative yoga is meant to do just that, restore the body. The goal of this class is to get students into the parasympathetic (rest & digest) nervous system. it is a down regulating practice full of nourishment.
